Richardson joined the Mark Fleming group in 2007. In June of 2008, Andy Richardson took over the Helm of the International TV and Internet giant.

Following a distinguished US Navy career in nuclear propulsion, Andy Richardson turned his attention to real estate. For over a decade, Andy Richardson has worked as an office, industrial and investment broker in the greater Denver area. During that time, Andy has worked with many tenants and owners, completing transactions ranging from small leases to large and very complex investment deals. Andy believes in lifelong learning and has pursued education in any areas applicable to commercial real estate, including pursuing the coveted CCIM designation. As a result of his daily efforts as a broker, Andy has gained particular knowledge in the worldwide market, with millions in total transactional volume. With a finance degree and ten years of experience, Andy can assist in any area of World Finance, Real Estate, and Internet TV.

Sue Fleming has produced hundreds of Network Television shows, has operated Call Centers for major Timeshare Resorts, pioneered the World Wide Web, and the world of Medical Transcription. She now has the Mark Fleming Group on her hands. For seventeen years Sue produced "The Out and About TV and Radio Shows" seen around the world in 127 US TV markets and thirty-six countries. She now oversees all aspects of production in the Mark Fleming Studios, Mark Fleming Web sites, and the Call Center for timeshare resale at Paladin Real Estate Services. Sue also supports a battered women's shelter and is an avid sports women.
